Up24 supports the following types of regular checks:

What are super-fast checks?

These regular checks can be run every 20 seconds:

  • Get request
  • Post request
  • Ping
  • Open port
  • Dns request
  • Mysql check
  • Pgsql check

For all other checks the minimum frequency is once per minute.

What types of alerts exist in Up24?

You can get alert messages to:

  • 1) Email - Free
  • 2) Jabber - Free
  • 3) Short message to a mobile. The MSISDN may belong to any country. The price of 1 message is USD 0.03
  • 4) Telegram - Free

Does Up24 support ipv6?

All online and regular checks fully support ipv4/ipv6

Are checks charged for?

Onlinechecks are free for everyone (available for everyone).
Regular checks are available from My Account for registered users only. These are paid checks.
The price list for regular checks is available on this page.
Using the price calculator, one can calculate the monthly charge for checks.
For example: Checking one website using the GET method every 10 minutes will cost only USD 0.65 per month

How can a new task be added?

In My Account https://my.up24.pro/en/task/, select check type and the point of monitoring from which the checks will be executed.

Where is the failure statistics available?

In My Account https://my.up24.pro/en/task/, click on "Uptime" in the list of checks.

How do the analysis algorithms work?

Up24 supports 3 algorithms of analysis:

  • Automatic - A random monitoring point is chosen for each check.
    If there is a reply about the unavailability of the object being checked, it is immediately crosschecked from another monitoring point.
    If the failure is proved from another point as well, an alert is generated.
  • Separately from each monitoring point:
    Each time, the checks are executed simultaneously from all chosen points.
    If an unavailability message comes from at least one point, and alert is generated.
    A host is considered unavailable if over 50% of checkpoints have reported its unavailability.
  • From all monitoring points together:
    Each time, the checks are executed simultaneously from all chosen points. If an unavailability message comes from at least one point, and alert is generated.
    A host is considered unavailable, if all checkpoints have reported its unavailability.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via: PayPal, Visa/MasterCard, Webmoney, SafetyPay, CashU.
They are all available in My Account, the Finance menu item

How will I be invoiced?

Up24 issues invoices to its customers monthly; the fee is for the previous calendar month.

If you need your invoice, and you can't wait until the end of the month, you can download your current invoiceby clicking "View current invoice"

What happens when a prepayment is spent out?

When a prepayment is spent out, your checks will be stopped until your balance is refilled.

Where is financial statistics available?

In My Account https://my.up24.pro/en/finance/, financial statistics is available for selected periods.

What time zone is used in the reports?

Up24 sends alerts and reports in your personal timezone. It can be configured in My account, Settings menu..

What types of reports are available?

Up24 sends email reports about uptime for each regular check.
Reports may be received weekly and/or monthly.

What is contact list?

Filling once the contacts of alert recipients, you can appoint one or more alert recipients for each re-check.

How can I register?

Registration on the website is very simple, just enter your information in this form and confirm your email by clicking on the link in the email sent to your address.
Your account will be immediately activated and ready for use.

What is a "Maintenance window"?

If you plan maintenance for your website monitored via Up24, you can add a maintenance window in My Account, by specifying precisely the start and the end of the maintenance window.
If the monitoring service detects failure of your website during the maintenance window, alerts will not be generated, and it will not affect check uptime.
Up24 supports both single and regular maintenance windows. You can add them here.
